JR HIGH SCHOOL HONOR ORCHESTRA INFORMATION

SCMEA will be changing the Jr. High School Band/Orchestra selection format this yeart. We are going to a DIRECTOR-NOMINATED honor ensemble. There will be NO AUDITIONS this year. The Junior High ensembles will be made up of the most hard working, responsible students directors have at their schools.
If you are interested in participating in the honor band or orchestra talk to your director. Make sure to practice your instrument, complete your assignemtents and work hard in your band or orchestra class. Again, there will not be auditions this year. Directors will nominate students they feel are the most deserving of this honor.
